Tipsy Trailer was founded by Alexis De Leon - an experienced business owner with a passion for hosting, great design, and the perfectly poured cocktail. With a background in entrepreneurship and an MBA to match, Alexis brings both creativity and business savvy to every aspect of the Tipsy Trailer experience. She started Tipsy Trailer to create something that brought people together - combining her love of thoughtful design and warm hospitality into a mobile bar that feels both elevated and approachable. From the start, Tipsy Trailer has been about more than cocktails - it’s about setting the tone, creating connection, and making every pour feel personal.
rooted in monterey bay
Alexis calls the Monterey Bay area home. Raised among wildflowers and crashing waves, she developed a deep appreciation for the coast’s natural, rugged beauty. That sense of place is infused into everything Tipsy Trailer does - from the laid-back charm of our vintage bar to the local ingredients we love to feature.

Our vintage trailer is the centerpiece of the Tipsy Trailer experience. Fully restored and customized to function as a professional mobile bar, it’s designed to deliver seamless service while making a visual impact at any event.​
Outfitted with a stainless steel countertop, under-counter refrigeration, and dedicated storage, the trailer is equipped to serve beer, wine, and craft cocktails efficiently and safely. Whether we’re mixing signature drinks or pouring from local taps, we’ve built the setup to handle high-volume service without compromising on style.
